 Annual Alumni Golf Tournament

The William M. Raines High School Alumni Golf Tournament was started by the Class of 1979 but is open to all Alumni and Friends. The annual event presents scholarships to deserving graduates seeking to attend college.

Bob Hayes Invitational Track Meet

The Bob Hayes Invitational Track meet has been a focal point for young track and field participants from all over the US. Bob Hayes was the Florida A&M sprinter that was dubbed “Bullet Bob” for his dominance of the sprints from 60 to 100 yards. This week-long track meet showcases some of the best high school track & field teams. The event attracts Alumni from Raines and high schools represented in the meet to the various events that take place during the week.

 

Northwest Classic

This annual rivalry football game between Raines & Ribault High School boasts one of the largest tailgates in the Nation of any high school! Alumni from near and far gather in their school paraphernalia to cheer on their teams for bragging rights for the year! The weekend-long series of events and fun trash-talking helps to get the Alumni of both schools hyped up for the game! Raines leads the all-time series 37-14 but Ribault never makes it easy! Experience the fun, the food and the fellowship!
