PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

On behalf of the William M. Raines National Alumni Association (WMRNAA) Board of Directors, we are excited for the opportunity to serve the Viking Nation!

As President, my goal is to engage our Alumni more and expand collaborative partnerships with businesses and the community to ensure that Raines students have what they need. 

The WMRNAA is focused on raising money for scholarships and general student needs. We are off to a great start with raising over $15,000 for scholarships for Raines graduating seniors. Vikings and Supporters, thank you so much for contributing.

Moving forward, we are seeking dedicated Vikings to serve on committees. As graduates of William M. Raines High School, we all are responsible for keeping Raines relevant, as well as preserving our Alma Mater’s history, pride and traditions! 

Raines has produced many outstanding Vikings who have excelled on various levels. We need to tell their stories as we continue to tell the story of William Marion Raines High School! 

Let us remember what Dr. Andrew Robinson instilled in all of Raines students, we are Ichiban, #1!
